WALK IF YOU HAVE TO. DON'T FLY SAFAIR - THEY ARE EXPERT AT CHARGING YOU FOR EXTRAS THAT ARE NON-EXISTENT

WORST AIRLINE EVER!!!!! Booked and paid for ticket CT to KZN. Baggage allowance : 20kg cargo, 7 kg take-on bag. Packed 2 boxes of 10kg each (with the workers in mind - 20kg is a lot to pick up and move about) and presented them at check-in. NOWHERE on my paperwork did it say ANYTHING about you must present 1 x 20kg box. Surely it's easier for the workers and for storage purposes, if boxes are smaller rather than bigger???? Anyway, they told me now that the 2nd box was "extra luggage" even though the 2 combined fell below the 20kg weight restriction. They forced me to pay another R250. Then the carry-on bag (which my 87 year old aunt flew to Cape Town from KZN with also SAFAIR - no problem.) Suddenly I was told you need to pay another R250 as it was "too large" for the cabin. It didn't even weigh the 7kg allowable!!!!!!!!!!!! I also requested priority seating, wheelchair assist, meet and greet assist etc. Well I arrived at the parking lot, with 27kg in total on a trolley but now how was my 87 year old aunt going to walk the distance from undercover parking to the departure gate??????????? Should I have put her in a trolley and like Samson, push 100kg+ up and down the ramps???????? What is the point of "wheelchair assistance" when you want to pick her up at the entrance door to departures????????? Can someone explain how this is at all helpful? It's no problem to meet her at the door and whisk her in the lift upstairs for boarding. Any ***** can do that. What the hell is going on with this airline??? They put you in an untenable situation where you are FORCED to cough up extra money FOR NO DAMN REASON, knowing you're in a bind, that you are now at the airport wanting to board. Why the F do I have to pay an additional R500 for the weight (which was below SAFAIR's stated limit????????????????????????????) YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ******* AND TOTALLY *********!!!! The staff was VERY VERY RUDE. Nobody using their brains but couldn't get me to the pay point fast enough. I should have just booked her 1st class for the same amount of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Refund my R500 you frikking ********!!!!! Going to report you to the Ombudsman too. You think you can get away with forcing people to pay for something they have already paid for!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this airline run by the government because that would explain all the ********!!!!
