Waiting for Refund

I didnt really want to write a review as I have always had good dealings with Flysafair.... I bought 2 flight tickets on the 12-01-2023, it was 30% on all flights. When it came to paying R 3802-18, the system said payment unsuccessful. After 3 attempts and still unsuccessful, I left it..... Only to discover that the transaction went off my bank three times, leaving my account in a negative. I am unable to use my account due to the fact that i have no funds. Furthermore, the bank has now charged bank charges on unpaid items - R 335-00. The consultants informed me that it could take up to 21 days to get a refund on the two transactions. With it not being my error, I feel it a bit unfair that I need to wait so long and cannot purchase anything... Please assist
