We have been trying to redeem our flight vouchers that Flysafair provided to us due to the fact that our flight was cancelled due to the lockdown. Our flight was scheduled on the 27th March 2020, from King Shaka International to Johannesburg O R Tambo. We received our voucher on the 23rd October 2020 and we have been trying to redeem it ever since. We previously contacted the contact center for assistance and were advised that there will be a penalty of R100, which we were prepared to pay for, however redeeming the voucher has just been a hassle. Every time we contact the contact center, we get referred to the website. When we attempt to redeem It on line, the website gives us an error. We do not want a refund, we would just like to amend the dates as we are prepared to pay for whatever penalties we incurred.
