i had a voucher in January due to cancellation . my voucher was R519 and now i want to book a flight home my voucher disappeared on the app, i sent a whatsap message to FlySafair even several email and no one is assisting me i want to know where did my voucher go to, this is very very bad and its ***** i want my voucher back.
