Very terrible experince/ disapontment

<p>I have book the flight from flysafair to depart on the 29, jan 2017. it was FA316 flight for 5:50 AM. i did all the step for checking in. time for departing arrive and go and sit down on my sit in the flight. what was strange when the flight was about to depart all door was close, all of the sudden one of the attendance come near and say to me i should follow her by the door of entrance. she told that my ticket was invalid and when i ask why she said my ticket was suppose to started by surname instead of name. this cause me to climb out of the flight. i have to pay R300 for change of starting name instead of surname . i miss all the arrangement i had because of this. i was treated unfair and i was not happy at all.</p>
