Very questionable policies and useless customer care.

Absolutely pathetic. Promotes a 30% ticket sale. Website malfunctions and indicates that payment was unsuccessful even though the bank has authorized payment. Second attempt - same story and gets kicked off by the website. Decide rather to use a different airline. Receive a booking confirmation email from SAFAIR 8 hours later. SAFAIR refuses to provide refunds, only vouchers. No answer or response from customer care.
