Very POor service FlySafair!!!!!!!!!

17/2/2019 - booked a flight to lanseria airport. Firstly when we already booked in at airport flight delayed by 40min. Then they made us go onto tarmac land drive around in vehicle outside plane only to be asked to come back to airport terminal again. The whole time all of this is happening no one from FlySafair is communicating with any of their clients. As I’m sitting here flight is still delayed and FlySafair still has not given an official time of when they are leaving. This service which cost so much is highly unprofessional and I will never use them again.
