VERY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER!!!!

I had the most horrible service from Flysafair today. I texted their whatsapp number to get assistance with checking in as the website was kicking me out and giving me an error. I lodged the query at 12:50pm and after me having to keep asking what is happening, the agent Keenin Govinder only at 18:21pm (over 5 hours later) decided he/she is now going to assist me. Absolutely shocking service for a query that could've been resolved in a couple of minutes.
