Very disappointing service with *********** people

Very poor service all they want is your money, my flight was scheduled for 15h00 from King Shaka Durban to Johannesburg and when I was on my way to airport just received sms notifying me the plane delay new schedule time @19h25 and had to be dropped off by Uber and go back. I had to get another Uber in the afternoon but when I got to the airport I was turned back saying I was supposed to check in earlier which that was not communicated and I had to pay R350 again wow!!! Very disappointed in flysafair
