Very disappointing and misleading ads

This is a great airline with some super offers. The reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because they are often misleading. They advertise a super low price for flights. When you search for them, they are non existent. If they really were selling flights at a low price, then why don't they specify the dates or month? This is a waste of my precious time. Secondly, they should have a loyalty programme for regular and loyal clients. We lose out many benefits because they don't take customer loyalty seriously. Thirdly, they damaged my friends suitcase, broke the handles and the hard shell was cracked so badly. They took photos. We sent the complain through. But almost 6 months later, there is no news of any compensation for her.
