Very Disappointed of the service

I was very disappointed of the appalling service aa I have been using flysafair quite a few times. The flight was late and took off very late cause of engine issues. The sorting of the queues at the boarding gates was very poor, there was 2 separate queues one labeled priority which made the normal queue/people feel worthless as if we nit getting to the same flight. It also took us ling to exit the flight which frustrated everyone because the cabin refused to open the back door which caused an unnecessary delay.
