Very disappointed in FLYSAFAIR ?

Today is 5 April 2019. My flight was for 19h15. Got to OR Tambo early enough (booked in online) only to find out that my flight is delayed till 23h00. No sms's nor emails of warnings in order to make alternative arrangements. I was on a work trip from CT, reliant on my boss to drop me at OR Tambo and to pay via his credit card, i do not have any funds of my own, so what do i do now? They do not do refunds, only vouchers hoping u get a flight in that price range from another airline. I am not fortunate enough to book on other airlines, so i must just wait for 5 1/2 hours. Not impressed at all considering we fly on a very regular basis with this airline.
