Very Disappointed and left stranded

FlySafair Lanseria Airport are extremely UNaccommodating! I was 1 MINUTE late for bag drop-off.... Not my flight.... BAG Drop OFF. They would not accept my bag and would also not allow me to take it on the plane. It was not even that big ( 30cm x 30cm x 60cm). I was told to either catch my flight and make arrangements for my bag (I know no-one in JHB) or miss my flight. After attempting to leave my bag at SAPS counter, lost and found or anywhere..... Nobody would help me. This caused me to miss my flight, having to rebook for the next day because ALL flight for that day where full AND make arrangements for travel and accommodation.

Are you telling me there was not space for ONE bag on that plane or sky trolley.

FlySafair.....I understand the rules but we are all human and sometimes you need to be just a tiny bit flexible. I was 1 person with 1 bag!!
