Very disappointed and inconvenienced

I flew with safair last night flight no FA205 from Cape town to Or Tambo. Only to get to OR from to be told my lagguage bag is not available. To my surprise how can a big airline like this not have a proper help desk. I had to run from Swiss to other airlines to police station even had to go in the plane myself with not only being inconvenienced but being treathened that I'll get arrested for entering unauthorised places. I left the airport after 12 with no answer. My toiletries, clothes, my kids clothes phone chargers are in the bag. I had to pay rediculous prices for parking since the car waited for me was parked there for over 3 hours. I had to book in a guest house as I was afraid to go to Pretoria at that time, worse didn't attend a meeting that I had today because I don't have things to wash nor clothes to change. I'm calling them by 9:00 n still haven't got a proper update as to what happened to my stuff. I'm so disappointed with the airline I fly with them almost every month I referred over 10ppl that also flies regularly which I'm going to start spreading the word of my bad experience.
