Very bad service

I booked a flight for my brother from East London to Johannesburg on the 1st of September 2024. The departure date was the 2nd of September 2024. He had two weekender bags with him; one was filled with clothes and the other with his gadgets, including his laptop. He was told only one bag was allowed. We spoke to the assistants, no one could assist. I posted on Twitter, lack of communication was present.

After this, if there is no prompt response, I am sending an email to the associates including the executives plus the board members!
