VERY BAD SERVICE

I travelled with Flysafair from Cape town to Lanseria international airport when I get there to collect my bag it was damaged then they said I must complete the forms they will get bag to me ,now I'm receiving their email they are even rude to me they say 'An amount of R300 was approved for compensation for my damaged bag claim with no further compensation from management and this is the final compensation provided. I wont be able to buy another bag with that R300,
