Very angry client

I’ve had the worst experience with this airline. They lost my bag with all my valuables and no one can explain to me how that happened... my husbands bag was opened and they fiddled inside they took some of his things and now I’m being told to wait 2 mins for the last hour.....it was my first time and last time ever flying with this airline
