Useless website can't handle the traffic

<p>I was in your waiting room for the R2 flight promotions. I started at about 10 00 in the queue and got down to 157 when your site froze and I joined the back of the queue, 14 000!!! After trying from mobile and PC, I got onto the site using my phone. I entered my flight details and got redirected to another page. The page took so long to load and nothing happened, I couldn't select flights. Then a popup notified my about my session, I clicked OK to continue my session and the site continued to load... After another minute I was kicked out as my session had expired and was put back in the queue!!! I got to the front of the queue on my PC, entered airport details and was then taken to an "Oops, Sorry"page! Then guess what.... back of the ****ing queue again!!!!! I have been trying to access this site for almost 5 hours!</p>
