Useless, unreasonable and lazy staff!

The customer service, is so pathetic. They are so rude! My sister was 1 minute late, literally only 1 minute and they just wouldn’t let her on board. This is totally unreasonable and insane. Imagine paying so much money for nonsense, for such a ******* airline, with hidden costs. They will become bankrupt because they don’t know how to treat their money which is us the customers. The staff was just in a rush to go home, lazy as hell not even willing to listen. I will not recommend this stupid airline to anyone!
