Useless trying to cancel a flight

Booked a flihjt on 26th June for the 1st of July with insurance phoned Flysafair and Chubb on the 27th of June to cancel the flight but no one wanted to help me all i wanted tobdo was cancel as the ticket was not necessary anymore. Very disappointed that Flysafair would not just cancel the flight.It would have taken 2 minutes to help. Now i threw R936 down the drain thanks a lot.
