Useless service from flysafair

I booked a ticket for the 13th of April from PE to Durban on my Flymore account. Unfortunately the floods in Durban caused me to change my ticket due accessibility to my home was not possible. Flysafair said that free flight changes or refunds is possible for all tickets booked on the 13th and 14th. I phoned the call centre and I emailed the help email. On the phone call they said it they refunded me but I have still not received my refund and on the App the original flight went on so I basically missed it. So this is completely unacceptable.
