Useless service and passing the buck from SA"UNFAIR"

So on the day of their R5 sale Fly safair's website was absolutely messed up and I managed to get to the payment screen more than 5 times and tried to change the passenger details for one of the bookings but however their wonderful website used the old passenger details and a week later only I get a confirmation email of a flight even after it gave me an error on the website during payment. I tried to get them to change the name(s) on the booking and they absolutely refused and said I should pay 300 rand to change a name on a ticket. they are absolutely useless and I will never again fly SAFAIR.
