Useless customer service

Boarded a flight from Durban airport to Or Tambo. It was a rushed boarding even though we were all on time and waiting. Whilst running to board and trying to get boarding pass and ID checked. I dropped my ID by skycheck. I noticed it was missing when I sat down on the seat but because of their stupid rushed boarding, I couldn’t even go back to look. And you can call and call any number in JHB from the police station to Flysafair headquarters but will they answer to help you? No. Durban Flysafair is great but once you step into JHB territory, I swear it’s a nightmare.
