I took insurance because I had believed that I might have to cancel the ride , next thing just as I anticipated I called them to cancel and they telling me about voucher minus some R300 yet they said I will get full refund in cash, they continued to ask me stupid questions like why is the person not flying and then go ahead to conclude flu is Covid and refused my refund , ****** , useless fools
