useless company

I needed help with booking a flight on their website i needed information on how to use my multiply so i can get the discount..tried call their custom number the VAR system doesn't even allow you to select any option, i guess it the way of making money , after holding for 30m listing to their advertising i than opt for the whatsapp option , i was chatting to person called Keenin who was very unhelpful , i don't think the person even tried to understand my query , this person told me they is no such thin with FLYSAFAIR.. i even sent a voice note and screenshots , this person was just not willing to assist me , i then suggested they call their supervisor to assist them ..the supervisor's name is Thuli M who also confirmed that they don't work with multiply... this services is bad and not to train your employees is something else..i wonder if momentum really needs to do business with such...i will be cancellation my multiply membership and i will also take this up with multiply...
