USELESS AIRLINE, TAKES 21 DAYS to Refund you???

I booked a ticket at Flysafair and they doubled charged me to change a name as I incorrectly captured it. Now I called to ask how ling it will take for me to receive a refund from them and this has occurred over 8 days ago. They informed me that it would take up to 21 days to get the refund??? Whaaat? Are you seriously kidding me??? They take a split second to double charge you and 21 days to refund your money??? What kind of nonsense is this??? I want my money as in noooow, not in 21 days!!! I waited for 8 days already, and thats more than enough!!! I want my money! Stop wasting my time!!!
