Useless airline

I booked my mom on a flight to Lanseria at the begining of August last year. We book her with a wheel chair as mom cant walk unaided, To be told at check in they didnt have a wheelchair and she had to walk miles to the gate. Since then her knee worked its way loose. (she has a replacement) She has had problems every since and is now going for a re repalcement on the 23rd of Jan. Once again I booked her with Flysafair from Lanseria to Cape town yesterday the 11th Jan, to be told via email that there was no wheelchair and we had to change her flight to a later one and pay in, even after the ticket was purchased with that option. I am truly very disappointed with the treatment she received and the pain she has had to go through at there expense. I will never flysafair or let her ever again. Its is really not acceptable. We were told they could only take 2 wheelchairs we later found out they had 10 people in wheelchairs.
