Useless Airline

Horrible service! I booked a flight on 31 August for 24 September via EBucks. Went to check in on their website only to receive an error message. Called several times to inquire only to be met by useless and rude call center agents who refuse to assist because apparently I have no booking even though they happily took my money on the 31st of August and I provided proof of payment and booking confirmation. And apparently they cant refund either coz there is no booking. Funny thing is my booking reflects on ebucks and I have a confirmed return flight. This is my first time and last time using this useless airline.
