Useless airline

Flights from Jhb always a problem. I flew 2 weeks ago. There was a 1 hour delay with no info given to us standing in the boarding queue. Oday we started Boarding 15 mins late after standing for ages in the queue. We were asked to stand in 2 queues for front and rear entrance into the aircraft. When we did start moving, all passengers had to enter through the front. On enquiring about this silly situation, we were told by the cabin crew that there were no stairs for the rear and the aircraft next to us was too close. On checking, there was no aircraft next to us and stairs were not far from the aircraft. Useless airline.
