Upset customer

I am utterly disgusted at how flysafair treats its passages. I was off boarded for my flight at 10:40 when I was checked in and ready at 10:30.

They advised him that I needed be be on the plane before 10:30 ?????? I had a get another flight at 11:30 with another airline.

I find this completely unacceptable and the staff on duty didn’t seem to care.

I have a reference from my parking ticket.

Thereafter, the staff advised that my ticket will be forfeited !!!! This is completely not acceptable practise from this airline.

I want an urgent call back !!!!!
