<p>I was suppose to leave lanseria sunday the 4th of September at 20 past 4. I arrived at quarter to 4. 5min late for check in due to a family crisis. A very legit excuse. The short of it. We had a suicide attempt. So as rattled and in shock and very mixed emotions I had the lady behind the counter just carrying on and saying she can not let me go on I need to buy a new ticket. Which cost me a further 900 and hed to go to OR Thambo to fly back to Cape Town. She showed no empathy or was in any way accommodating. I had 35min left before my flight was scheduled to leave.
