unreliable airlne , indefinitely delayed flights

FA 461@flysafair @caryne D .. I was on this flight too. Unbelievably bad .

No meaningful communication whatsoever, just delay after delay until indefinitely delayed came through. Nothing from staff.

What makes matters worse is I had a group of 7 who I had encouraged to use Flysafair as they were reliable. I wont being do that again unless I hear from the airline .

To make matters even worse the customer contact centre wont return my call , my email is unresponded to . and twitter says " apologies for the inconvenience " as if thats going to cut it.

We couldnt get an uber we landed so late.

Beyond terrible experience and made worse by terrible customer service afterwards
