Unprofessional service from FlySafair

I'm a professional photographer photographing a job in east london, I have portable battery powered light that where flown down on Wednesday from OR Thambo, today when I wanted to fly back with FlySafair, I was told that they cannot allow me to fly the lights back, this was said to me 10 min before my boarding time, so I missed my flight, had to make another booking with them, and was later told that I need to courier these lights back to Gauteng by road. I was not refunded my R250 for the extra luggage. Now I need to get extra accommodation for the night, at my expense, and arrange a courier tomorrow. To add to that my next flight is only tomorrow at 15:20 and I actually have another shoot in Pretoria at 09:00 tomorrow morning. Shocking service with no help at all Shocked and speechless.
