Unprofessional and *************

My luggage got missing when i got the at the luggage collection my bag wasn't to be found. I logged a complaint in the beginning of July, till today I am being told, the claims department is still busy doing investigations however with no updates or communications or whatsoever. I will recommend no one to book with flysafair, as I went to go do a follow up in person, there was another client with the same issue, lost luggage, basically ****** by the crew.
