Unpleasant experience

I have been a loyal customer of Flysafair for a while and I really enjoyed their service a d the fact that they have great processes and systems. I fi d myself thinking today after a really terrible experience if I really have to ever consider the airline even if it was the cheapest. Perhaps I should rather not express my anger right now. I would a manager at client service to really reach out and we can address this disconnect. Thx ***.
