To the kind lady and gent at the ticket counter, on the 12th of December for my flight from CPT to DBN, I am truly grateful for the amazing help you provided on one of the lowest days I have had, when I was ****** and these kind people helped me to track my airline ticket and flight. I didn't get their names but I am truly, truly grateful I met them that day!
