Unhelpful and Disappointing Customer Service

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Florence Mzipa. I reached out for assistance with an important matter, but unfortunately, she failed to provide any meaningful help. Instead, she abruptly closed my chat without resolving my issue.

As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and assistance, especially when seeking help with a critical concern.
