UNHAPPY WITH FLYSAFAIR.

My wife and I booked and paid for a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg. We had checked in and were waiting to board. There was a delay due to "a slight technical issue". Eventually the flight was cancelled and all passengers were told to collect their luggage and make alternative arrangements. We re-booked, AND PAID, for a later flight. It's now four weeks later and we are still waiting for our refund.
