Unhappy customer

I made bookings for 2 people to Johannesburg and return but subsequently cancelled the trip because of medical reasons. I was told that the refund will be reflected. On inquiries to 4 different consultants I'm still outstanding on R900. I paid R3400 on the 24th April 2022.
