Unhappy customer

<p>i booked online flights from Durban to Capetown. FlySaFair charged me R900 for luggage because they assumed each bag is over 20kg. this is day light *******. they should give option to choose online.</p> <p>worse part this morning i find out that my first review have been removed. i want them to refund me R900 the same way i used to pay not a voucher. i will never use this company ever again after experiencing so many problems with it.</p> <p> </p>
