Unhappy about applying for vacancies on your website

Good day. I have a question maybe you guys at FlySafair can be able to answer? For thenpast 3 years, I have been applying for vacancies that you advertise on your website, when I go there and see a vacancy that unlike, I apply for that, but up to now, I haven't received any feedback, or anything from FlySafair.

I do not know what your policy is regarding recruitment? Is it open to all races or just a specific race who can apply for the vacancies.

This is very frustrating, no wonder people are leaving the country to work overseas.
