Unfair refund fee on flights

Unfair admin fee on refunding of flights due to covid lockdown and safair won't make an exception for an unemployed student whose practicals have been cancelled by Unisa. Where's the human side to safair? I am going to approach the small claims court just waiting for them to reopen their bellville offices in july.
