Unfair employment requirements

Regarding your career section, I do apply for the vacancy, I check to see if the vacancy has expired or not, but for some reason, when I apply, I get a reply back, saying that that specific vacancy is no longer available, that I do not understand why, the vacancy hasn't expired, for the past 3 years, I apply, for a vacancy, and yet, I wasn't once, called for an interview, is it because if the Employment Equity, or the Black Economic Empowerment, that a person like me, cannot get an interview with you guys???? It is so unfair, their are qualified people out there, but for some reason, they never get accepted to come for an interview with Flysafair. Do you employ people according to race?????? Or is it because you are forced to do quotas to comply with the government request??
