Unfair Charges on change of air ticket. No consideration for Covid realities!

I had to move my air ticket travel dates, because my sister and brother in law, whom I was going to visit, both contracted Covid - They charged me R799 for the change, and make it almost impossible to speak to a consultant and especially a supervisor. I am totally unimpressed with FLYSAFAIR
