Unfair business practices!

I booked a return trip in November with Flysafair. They changed both my flight times. When I called them today and spoke to Tamlyn they were most unhelpful in changing to a time and date that better suited me, but force me to accept their changes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told by Tamlyn that Thuli would call me back. Yea sure - nada, no call, no help
