Unfair business practice

We are a group that had a flight booked to George for a Easter Church Conference. The event was canceled due to the Covid-19 epidemic. We canceled the flight expecting our money back. What are we supposed to do with vouchers. When nobody in our group can fligh anymore. Most of the members of our group are old and frail and are advised not to travel anymore. The rest of us have lost all income. How on earth are we going to travel within the next 6 months and where should we go to. The Easter conference is canceled. They need to take our unique situations into account. Someone please help us.
