Unfair!!!

We booked 14 flights in December and had to cancel 11 due to Covid. Took all the insurance but because we booked LiTE flights as we don’t check in luggage. Tried to call on numerous occasions. Emailed. Called insurance company. Not one word from them. NOT FAIR. I’ll rather drive to OR Tambo and fly with another airline. Or even drive rather. We are frequent flyers!!
