********* baggage policy

Flight booked from Johannesburg to Cape Town using their own website. The website states that you are allowed 20kg hold baggage & 7 kg hand luggage. What it does not state is that this is not included in the ticket price, and you have to pay extra if you want to check luggage in. I arrived at the airport, only to find that I was ********** another R250 just to check my bag in. Being an overseas visitor, I find it strange that such ********* business practices are still allowed! Your baggage policy is very vague and loosely worded on your website - now I know why. PS another customer you have lost.
