Understanding and prompt service response, you don't get that everyday.

I don't usually review businesses but felt I had to on this occasion. We had a death in our family late yesterday afternoon and I booked a flight for my mom to come down. She had car failure on the way to the airport and couldn't get to her flight in time. Granted I waited a while for the call to be answered, but when it did, Mduduzi Mamba from Safair support was really understanding and assisted promptly. Thank you you so much Mduduzi and Safair, this could have turned a terrible day into a nightmare but you really helped out :)
