Uncomfortable experience

I booked a flight for my family to port elizabeth for Friday the 30th of January 2026,we checked it

My children(2 boys) are under the age of 8 years, they were seated in between strangers, not with their parents

This was the most awful and uncomfortable experience ever for my self and my family especially my children cause even the passengers refuse to change seats.

I'm really disappointed with my experience with flysafair.
